清热凉血方联合重组人酸性成纤维细胞生长因子对肛周脓肿患者术后创面愈合、疼痛及血清炎症因子的影响
Effects of the Qingre Liangxue formula combined with recombinant human acidic fibroblast growth factor on postoperative wound healing,pain,and serum inflammatory factors in patients with perianal abscess

Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of the Qingre Liangxue formula combined with recombinant human acidic fibroblast growth factor(rh-aFGF)on postoperative wound healing,pain,and serum inflammatory factors in patients with perianal abscess(PA).Methods In this study,PA patients who underwent one-time PA radical surgery in our hospital from December 2023 to December 2024 were selected and assigned into the rh-aFGF group and the formula group,with 92 cases in each group.The rh-aFGF group was treated with rh-aFGF,and the formula group was treated with rh-aFGF and Qingre Liangxue formula.After 14 days of therapy,the TCM syndrome score,wound healing condition,wound related index score,inflammatory factors,vascular growth factors and clinical efficacy were evaluated.Results The formula group had a higher wound healing rate than the rh-aFGF group,and shorter wound debridement time and wound healing time than the rh-aFGF group(P＜0.05).After therapy,the scores of various TCM syndromes,VAS scores,edema scores and exudate scores in the formula group were all lower than those in the rh-aFGF group(P＜0.05),while the granulation tissue growth score was higher than that in the rh-aFGF group(P＜0.05).After therapy,the levels of MMP-2,ACTA and IFN-γ in the formula group were all lower than those in the rh-aFGF group(P＜0.05),and the levels of SDF-1α,VEGF and Ang-2 were all higher than those in the rh-aFGF group(P＜0.05).The maximum systolic pressure of the anal canal,the resting pressure of the anal canal,and the maximum tolerance threshold of the rectum in the formula group were higher than those in the rh-aFGF group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The Qingre Liangxue formula combined with rh-aFGF can promote postoperative wound healing in PA patients,relieve pain,reduce inflammatory factors,increase the levels of vascular growth factors,and has a good therapeutic effect.关键词
