基于《天回医简》的早期遍诊法研究
A Study on Early Systemic Pulse Examination Based on the Tianhui Medical Bamboo Slips
摘要
Abstract
As an early paradigm of traditional Chinese medicine pulse diagnosis,systemic pulse examination(Bian Zhen Fa)centers on diagnostic specificity("Zhen Du"),localizing pathological pulse manifestations through comparative analysis of pulse color,morphology,and dynamics,thereby establishing a diagnostic-therapeutic integration framework.Tianhui Medical Bamboo Slips excavated from the Han dynasty tomb at Laoguanshan,Chengdu,systematically document this diagnostic system's theoretical constructs and clinical protocols,providing crucial evidence for reconstructing early pulse examination practices.By integrating medical manuscripts from Mawangdui and Zhangjiashan tombs with canonical texts including Spiritual Pivot and Plain Questions,this study elucidates the historical evolution,operational principles,and clinical applications of early systemic pulse examination.Such interdisciplinary investigation not only compensates for deficiencies in existing research on early systemic pulse examination,but also offers novel perspectives for advancing modern pulse diagnosis methodology.关键词
