Experience of Lyu Renhe in Treating Diabetic Nephropathy by Stage Based on the Theory of"Xu Sun Lao Shuai"
摘要
Abstract
As a chronic complication of diabetes,diabetic nephropathy is currently a therapeutic challenge in the treatment of diabetic complications.Based on the progression law of chronic diseases,Professor Lyu Renhe innovatively divided the progression of diabetic nephropathy into a pathogenesis transformation model of"Xu Sun Lao Shuai",established a stage-based syndrome differentiation system centered on the Xu Sun Stage(early stage),Xu Lao Stage(middle stage),and Xu Shuai Stage(late stage),and constructed an integrated"theory-method-prescription-herb"treatment system by combining the double-track syndrome differentiation model of visceral location and Qi-Blood-Yin-Yang typing.This paper summarizes Professor Lyu Renhe's thought on stage-based treatment of diabetic nephropathy,aiming to provide insights for clinical prevention and treatment of diabetic nephropathy.关键词
