摘要
Abstract
Heterogeneity of treatment effect is an inherent characteristic in clinical research.Traditional randomized controlled trials usually evaluate therapeutic efficacy by comparing the marginal means between two groups,which fails to fully reflect the true efficacy across different subgroups and hinders the process of drug development.This article explored methods for measuring and evaluating heterogeneity of treatment effect,and provided a multi-dimensional discussion based on TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment.It proposed strategies for managing heterogeneity of treatment effect in TCM clinical research from four aspects:improving the rigor and specificity of study design,optimizing the outcome evaluation system for TCM clinical studies,strengthening TCM standardization and basic research,and refining data analysis methods in TCM clinical study.This article aimed to provide a reference for rapid and accurate identification and management of heterogeneity of treatment effect in clinical research.关键词
