城市韧性差异下居民生计韧性对防灾减灾行为影响研究
Impact of Residents'Livelihood Resilience on Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Behaviors from the Perspective of Urban Resilience Variations

Abstract
Flood disasters are among the most frequent natural hazards in China,causing substantial econom-ic losses and casualties.In response to the current gaps in China's flood risk management—namely,the lack of intersection between urban resilience and residents'livelihood resilience research,and the disproportionate em-phasis on urban residents while neglecting their rural counterparts—a flood-prone area in Sichuan Province is taken as a case study.Grounded in the Man-Land Relationship Theory and the Sustainable Livelihoods Analysis Framework,an analytical framework is constructed as"urban resilience → livelihood resilience of urban and rural residents → disaster preparedness and mitigation behaviors"to investigate the relationship between resi-dents'livelihood resilience and their disaster response actions under varying levels of urban resilience.The re-sults show that urban resilience across Sichuan Province increased continuously from 2013 to 2023,presenting a central-east-west gradient decreasing spatial pattern centered on Chengdu,with its evolution primarily con-strained by social and economic factors.Urban and rural residents'livelihood resilience rises alongside the im-provement of urban resilience,and urban residents generally attain higher livelihood resilience than rural resi-dents.At equivalent livelihood resilience levels,the proportion of rural residents taking disaster prevention and mitigation behaviors is higher.Rural residents'livelihood resilience exerts a significant positive effect on the di-saster prevention and mitigation behaviors,whereas no significant effect is detected for urban residents.In terms of control variables,rural residents'gender,physical health condition,whether they are the main household care-giver,and the severity of the disaster all have significant impacts on their adoption of disaster prevention and miti-gation behaviors.Policy references for flood risk management and the construction of resilient disaster preven-tion systems are provided in this study.关键词
