校企合作办学中企业参与的影响因素分析
Analysis of Influencing Factors of Enterprise Participation in School

Abstract
Stimulating enterprises'willingness to participate and implementing their practical participation are the keys to advancing school-enterprise cooperative education.Based on empirical survey data from 447 enterprises nationwide,this paper adopts the extended Theory of Planned Behavior as the analytical framework and constructs a moderated mediation model to explore factors affecting enterprises'participation willingness and participation behaviors.The results show that perceived cost exerts a direct negative impact on participation behaviors;perceived benefit indirectly positively predicts participation behaviors through participation willingness.Injunctive norms have a direct positive effect on participation behaviors,while descriptive norms indirectly positively affect participation behaviors via participation willingness.Perceived behavioral control influences participation behaviors both directly and indirectly through participation willingness.Inter-organizational cognitive trust significantly strengthens the positive relationship between participation willingness and participation behaviors,and further reinforces the mediating effect of participation willingness between perceived benefit,descriptive norms,perceived behavioral control and participation behaviors.Targeted intervention measures including cost compensation,incentive support,authoritative guidance,public publicity and rights protection shall be adopted according to different levels of cognitive trust between schools and enterprises to effectively promote school-enterprise cooperative education.关键词
