高速列车局部设备舱风洞实验模拟前体气动设计与优化研究
Aerodynamic design and optimization of precursor for wind tunnel experiment simulation of partial equipment cabin of high-speed train
摘要
Abstract
Taking the bottom ventilation equipment compartment as the research object,a 1/2-width computational fluid dynamics simulation model was established considering the lateral size limitations of the wind tunnel.By extending the actual bottom profile of a certain type of high-speed train, simulated forebody structures with lengths of 3.0,3.5,4.0 and 4.5 m were set up.The differences in aerodynamic performance under full-vehicle operating conditions and various simulated forebody schemes were analyzed. The results show that the simulated forebody rectifying device effectively guides the incoming flow, significantly reduces the adverse pressure gradient on the surface of the compartment, and suppresses flow separation. As the forebody length increases from 3.0 m to 4.0 m,the deviations in pressure and vorticity distribution on the surface of the equipment compartment are significantly narrowed. However, when the length of the simulated forebody further increases to 4.5 m,the excessively long rectifying structure alters the boundary layer effect, causing the average pressure relative error to 43.57%.Comprehensive evaluation indicates that the 4.0 m long simulated forebody exhibits the best reproduction performance. The average pressure relative error in the local equipment compartment reaches only 1.25%and the average vorticity relative error decreases to 0.001%,achieving a high-precision reproduction of the aerodynamic environment at the bottom of the entire vehicle.关键词
