中医药治疗肺炎支原体肺炎的可视化分析
Visual analysis of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of Mycoplasmal pneumoniae pneumonia

Abstract
Objective To analyze the research status,hotspots and trends of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of Mycoplasmal pneumoniae pneumonia using bibliometric methods,so as to provide a basis for further indepth research.Methods Relevant literatures on traditional Chinese medicine treatment of Mycoplasmal pneumoniae pneumonia from January 2005 to December 2025 were retrieved from CNKI and Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform.CiteSpace visualization software was used to analyze author distribution,institutional cooperation networks,and keyword clustering.Results A total of 1774 eligible articles were finally included,and the annual publication volume showed an overall gradual upward trend.Jiang Zhiyan was the author with the highest number of publications,and Longhua Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine was the institution with the largest number of publications,but its cooperation capacity needed to be improved.In recent years,research hotspots had mainly focused on immune function,inflammation,acupoint application,pulmonary function and other aspects.Conclusion Researches on traditional Chinese medicine treatment of Mycoplasmal pneumoniae pneumonia mainly focus on pathological mechanisms and novel therapies.In the future,it is necessary to strengthen crossinstitutional and multicenter exchanges and cooperation,and promote collaborative innovation of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment strategies.关键词
