Abstract
Objective To systematically evaluate the occurrence of financial toxicity among breast cancer patients.Methods The relevant literatures on financial toxicity among breast cancer patients in Embase,PubMed,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,CNKI,Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform,VIP and SinoMed.The retrieval period was from the establishment of the databases to April 2025.Meta-analysis was conducted using Stata 18.0 software.Results A total of 21 literatures were included,with a total sample size of 11 762 cases.The financial toxicity score of breast cancer patients was 23.31.Subgroup analysis showed significantly higher financial toxicity in patients from developing countries,aged≤60 years,with a high school education or less,residing in rural areas,with low income,with self-funded treatment,or undergoing chemotherapy(P<0.05).Conclusion Financial toxicity is prevalent among breast cancer patients.Clinicians should prioritize high-risk populations and implement targeted interventions to reduce this burden.关键词
