AI Empowering the Character Design and Digital Intelligence Communication of Wenzhou Intangible Cultural Heritage Animation Micro-Short Drama

Abstract
The convergence of globalization and platform-based dissemination has caused a disconnect in the visibility and perceptibility of Wenzhou's intangible cultural heritage(ICH)among youth.Artificial intelligence-generated content(AIGC)provides new tools for digital collection of ICH elements,character generation,and style control,while also integrating animated micro-series into a data-driven dissemination chain dominated by algorithmic recommendations.Focusing on three key dimensions―symbolic assetization,character personification,and iterative dissemination―we analyze the translation strategies and operational mechanisms of Wenzhou ICH character design.The proposed actionable pathways,centered on local semantic calibration,style manual constraints,distribution slice testing,and co-created boundary governance,aim to foster sustainable narrative development for local cultural IPs.关键词
