Coupling coordination of social-ecological systems and the mechanism for realizing ecological product value
摘要
Abstract
In the process of ecological civilization construction,effectively bridging the gap between ecological conservation and re-gional development requires converting"lucid waters and lush mountains"into"invaluable assets."This paper addressed the conver-sion difficulties in resource-rich regions by examining Xinping County,Yunnan Province,as a representative case.By employing the Social-Ecological Systems framework combined with the entropy weight method and the obstacle degree model,this paper analyzed the specific context.The findings revealed that the impediments to realizing ecological product value in Xinping County result not from isola-ted factors but from three-dimensional constraints within the social-ecological system.Specifically,the resource system faces the dual pressures of"inherent deficiencies"and"acquired damage";the actor network encounters structural contradictions involving"imbal-anced interests"and"capability gaps";and the governance system suffers from institutional obstacles regarding"absent incentives"and"regulatory failure."Consequently,this paper proposed a collaborative governance path based on the SES framework:constructing a resilient ecological-production composite system to enhance resource value;cultivating diverse value co-creation subjects linked by benefit-sharing to empower actors;and shaping an adaptive governance system centered on Gross Ecosystem Product accounting to in-novate governance mechanisms.关键词
