中国制造业单项冠军企业购地行为的时空演变及影响因素分析
Spatio-temporal evolution and driving factors of land acquisition by China's manufacturing single champion enterprises

Abstract
Fostering Manufacturing Single-Champion Enterprises(MSCEs)is pivotal for advancing new quality productive forces and achieving high-quality development in the manufacturing sector.Based on the land purchase behavior of China's manufacturing in-dustry single champion enterprises from 2017 to 2023,the spatio-temporal evolution characteristics of land purchase behavior of single champion enterprises were analyzed using kernel density analysis,standard deviation ellipse,and location quotient index spatial analysis methods.Furthermore,Tobit regression model was used to explore the driving factors affecting enterprise land purchase behavior.The re-search revealed that:(1)Land acquisition by MSCEs demonstrated a consistent upward trend,predominantly clustering in major metro-politan areas with advanced economies and robust manufacturing bases.(2)The spatial distribution followed a"northeast-southwest"axis,with its geographic center migrating from eastern to central and from northern to southern China.③ Regional land acquisition activ-ities by MSCEs were strongly aligned with local industries' comparative advantages.④ Technological factors significantly influenced the spatial choices for land acquisition.Based on the above research conclusions,this paper believes that it is necessary to strengthen the land element guarantee for advanced manufacturing industries,especially high-tech industries,and actively promote regional coordina-ted development.At the same time,it is necessary to strengthen the support of"soft"policy tools to promote high-quality development of the manufacturing industry.关键词
