妊娠期高血压视网膜血管比与临床指标的相关性研究
Correlation of retinal arteriovenous ratio with liver function and coagulation indicators in hypertensive disorders of pregnancy

Abstract
Objective To investigate the changes in retinal arteriovenous ratio(AVR)in patients with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy(HDP)of varying severity and their correlation with liver function and coagulation parameters.Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted,and participants were divided into three groups:normal pregnancy con-trol group,gestational hypertension group,and preeclampsia group.AVR and retinal thickness were measured,and alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and platelet count(PLT)were assessed.Results Significant differences in AVR were observed across the three groups in all four quadrants,showing a linear decreasing trend(all P＜0.001).In the overall population,AVR in the superotemporal quadrant showed a significant negative correlation with ALT(P＜0.05),but this correlation was not significant in the subgroup analysis restricted to HDP patients(P=0.223).No significant differences in retinal thickness were found among the three groups in any quadrant(all P＞0.05),and there were no significant correlations be-tween retinal thickness and ALT or PLT(all P＞0.05).Conclusion AVR decreases with increasing severity of HDP and may serve as a non-invasive indicator for disease assessment,but shows no independent correlation with liver function or coagulation parameters within the HDP patient population.关键词
