摘要
Abstract
Objective Observation of the therapeutic effect of orbicularis oculi muscle resection combined with eye-lash eversion mattress suture for correcting senile lower eyelid entropion and inverted eyelashes.Methods Analysis of clinical data and post-treatment follow-up of 73 patients(94 eyes)diagnosed with senile lower eyelid entropion from April 2024 to February 2025 in our hospital.Results All 73 patients(94 eyes)were followed up for 12 months,and only 1 case experienced recurrence of inverted eyelashes.No recurrence was observed in the remaining patients.All patients had no eyelid-globe separation,no lower eyelid eversion,no obvious depressed scars at the incision site,and achieved a good ap-pearance.Conclusion Partial excision of the orbicularis oculi muscle combined with mattress suture of eyelash eversion is safe and effective for correcting senile lower eyelid entropion.关键词
