基于"体质土壤"学说探讨儿童支气管哮喘共病肥胖的辨治策略
Exploring the syndrome differentiation and treatment strategy of bronchial asthma comorbid obesity in children based on the"constitution soil"theory

Abstract
Bronchial asthma and obesity are common chronic diseases in children.In the past,the two diseases were regarded as independent diseases,resulting in poor treatment effects and repeated attacks.The"constitution soil"theory proposed by Academician WANG Qi points out that the constitution is the"soil"foundation of disease occurrence,and individual constitution differences determine disease susceptibility.Based on this theory,this paper systematically discusses the constitutional basis and syndrome differentiation and treatment strategy of children with bronchial asthma comorbid obesity.This comorbidity is primarily closely related to qi-deficiency,phlegm-dampness,and blood-stasis constitutions.Qi-deficiency constitution is characterized by"barren soil"with nutrient deficiency and insufficient vitality;phlegm-dampness constitution is characterized by"turbid soil"with poor qi movement and phlegm dampness stagnation;and blood-stasis constitution is characterized by"compacted soil"with stagnation of qi and blood stasis and intermingled phlegm and stasis.Clinically,based on the principle of"co-prevention and co-treatment,"according to different"soil"states,the"constitution soil"is improved by strengthening the earth to generate metal,eliminating phlegm and dampness,and eliminating paste and removing blood stasis.In terms of prevention,through diet,exercise,emotional adjustment,and external treatment,the body is adjusted and nourished by constitution differentiation,and the gate of intervention is moved forward,thus blocking the vicious circle of bronchial asthma and obesity.关键词
