基于"气-血-脉-神"一体观论治心力衰竭合并焦虑抑郁
Treatment of heart failure combined with anxiety and depression based on the concept of qi-blood-pulse-spirit
摘要
Abstract
Heart failure(HF),as the terminal stage of various cardiovascular diseases,often presents with varying degrees of negative emotions such as anxiety and depression,manifesting as a comorbidity of the heart and brain.Qi,blood,pulse,and spirit form a closely interconnected whole.With the prerequisites of abundant heart qi and harmonious blood and pulse,the heart of qi and blood and the heart of spirit can be physiologically dependent and unified in form and spirit.Under the guidance of the holistic view of qi-blood-pulse-spirit,the pathogenesis of HF combined with anxiety and depression mainly includes:deficiency of qi and yang,disharmony between qi and blood;stagnation of blood stasis,unfavorable pulse channels;dual heart damage,comorbidity of the heart and brain.The main treatment method include:nourishing qi and warming yang to nourish the heart spirit;nourishing blood and dredging the pulse to calm the heart spirit;treating all five zang-organs simultaneously to regulate the vital activity.Furthermore,clinical case studies are presented to elaborate on the treatment of heart failure combined with anxiety and depression based on the holistic view of qi-blood-pulse-spirit.关键词
