从"肝气虚则恐"探讨大补肝汤在焦虑障碍的临床应用
Clinical application of Dabugan Decoction in anxiety disorders based on the principle of"liver qi deficiency leads to fear"
摘要
Abstract
Anxiety disorders are a category of chronic conditions.Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)often treats them based on theories such as liver qi stagnation transforming into fire,disharmony between the heart and kidney,deficiency of heart and gallbladder qi,and internal obstruction by blood stasis.Our team believes that the core psychological abnormalities of anxiety disorders and their accompanying physical symptoms are closely related to the principle that"liver qi deficiency leads to fear".Its theoretical origins and implications include:liver qi deficiency can cause fear;liver qi deficiency result in insufficient liver function;and liver qi deficiency is treated by using pungent-warm herbs to promote ascension.The psychological symptoms of anxiety disorders are closely related to liver qi deficiency,and the physical abnormalities resemble the manifestations of liver qi deficiency.Dabugan Decoction(Major Liver-Supplementing Decoction),a formula based on the principle of warming and tonifying liver qi,has shown good efficacy in the treatment of anxiety disorders and their somatization disorders.This paper elucidates the clinical application of Dabugan Decoction in anxiety disorders under the guidance of the principle"liver qi deficiency leads to fear",supported by clinical case studies.关键词
