人参-丹参药对配伍理论及证治规律探析
Analysis of the compatibility theory and pattern-treatment principles of Ginseng-Salvia miltiorrhiza herb pair
摘要
Abstract
Ginseng(Renshen)greatly tonifies the primordial qi,fortifies the spleen,and benefits the lungs,while Salvia miltiorrhiza(Danshen)activates blood circulation,resolves stasis,unblocks the meridians,and alleviates pain.These two herbs form a classic herb pair for boosting qi and activating blood,serving as a core combination in the clinical treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Beyond this primary effect,the pair also has the functions of nourishing the heart,calming the mind,supplementing deficiency,and reinforcing healthy qi,embodying the compatibility principles of combining tonification with unblocking,simultaneously regulating the heart and spleen,and achieving mutual restraint between cold and warm medicinals.Therapeutically,boosting qi and activating blood complement each other,and in terms of treatment principle,reinforcing healthy qi and eliminating pathogens are harmoniously unified.Moreover,this herb pair can be combined with medicinals that nourish yin,warm yang,regulate qi,resolve phlegm,promote diuresis,or tranquilize the mind,and is widely used in treating multi-system disorders such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,mental and emotional disorders,miscellaneous internal diseases,gynecological and pediatric conditions,and surgical sores and ulcers.By systematically reviewing its historical origins,compatibility theories and application regularities,and by integrating modern research evidence,this paper aims to provide theoretical support for the rational clinical application and in-depth research of this herb pair.关键词
