Abstract
The Six Musts constitute an interconnected,logically rigorous organic whole.As a major principle that must be followed for economic and social development during the 15th Five-Year Plan period,the Six Musts sequentially clarify the fundamental guarantee,value stance,practical theme,fundamental driving force,methodological path and bottom-line principle for economic and social development in this period.They systematically address six core questions concerning economic and social development in the 15th Five-Year Plan period:Who takes the lead?For whom is development pursued?What is the development direction?What underpins development?How will we press ahead with implementation?And how will we forestall risks?They embodies the superb wisdom of the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core in promoting economic and social development during the 15th Five-Year Plan period,and demonstrates the strong sense of responsibility of the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core in basically realizing socialist modernization on the basis of the 15th Five-Year Plan.They profoundly reflects the greatest strength of the system of socialism with Chinese characteristics,namely the leadership of the Communist Party of China.关键词
