Patient capital drives the deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy:Logic,obstacles,and paths
摘要
Abstract
The deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy is the core path for cultivating new productive forces and promoting high-quality economic development.Patient capital,with its long-term nature,stability,and high-risk tolerance,serves as a crucial support for overcoming the financial constraints,innovation barriers,and factor imbalances in the deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy.By providing long-term financial support,patient capital can address time horizon mismatch,expand the space for innovation trial and error tolerance,and guide production factors to agglomerate in digital innovation fields,thus providing systematic support for the deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy.At present,three major bottlenecks are hampering patient capital from boosting the deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy:inadequate supply in both quantity and quality,ineffective absorption and utilization on the demand side,and fragmented and incomplete institutional arrangements.To address these problems,it is necessary to build a diversified,coordinated patient capital supply system that emphasizes both quality and efficiency,cultivate capable and compliant undertaking entities to boost the deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy,and improve an institutional support framework with effective incentives and robust guarantees.By building an ecological pattern where capital-entity-institution exerts synergistic effects,this paper provides theoretical reference and practical guidance for promoting the deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy.关键词
