深沟球轴承内圈蠕变影响因素研究
Research on the factors affecting inner ring creep of deep groove ball bearings

Abstract
To more accurately investigate the factors affecting a bearing's inner ring creep,this paper analyzes its generation mechanism and develops a dynamic finite element model of a deep groove ball bearing and a stepped shaft.First,the finite element software Ansys was employed for finite element simulation.By comparing with the solution of Hertz contact theory,the accuracy of the finite element model was verified.Then,the influence laws of different parameters on the contact pressure and relative slip at the mating surface were analyzed.Results show with the rise of the interference,the contact pressure at the mating surface gradually increases while the slip gradually decreases.When the interference is between 0.02mm and 0.03mm,it effectively improves the creep resistance of the inner ring of a bearing.The radial load has little effect on the contact pressure at the mating surface.The slip increases with the rise of the radial load.The application of preload effectively decreases the stress concentration at the contact edge of the mating surface,reducing the fatigue and wear at the contact edge.With a deeper understanding of the factors affecting the inner ring creep,this paper may provide some insights for engineering applications.关键词
