Abstract
Objective:To explore the current situation and influencing factors of social alienation in young and middle-aged pa-tients with primary liver cancer.Methods:The convenience sampling method was used to select 267 young and middle-aged patients with primary liver cancer who received regular outpatient reexamination from Feb.2025 to Feb.2026.The general information ques-tionnaire,general alienation scale,fear of disease progression simplified scale and self-acceptance questionnaire were used to investi-gate.Univariate analysis,Pearson correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were performed.Results:The total score of social alienation in young and middle-aged patients with primary liver cancer was(47.25±13.71).Univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in social alienation scores among young and middle-aged patients with primary liver can-cer grouped by gender,education level and monthly household income(P＜0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that social alienation was negatively correlated with self-acceptance(r=-0.891,P＜0.01)and positively correlated with fear of disease progres-sion(r=0.818,P＜0.01).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that education level,self-acceptance level and fear of disease pro-gression level were independent influencing factors for social alienation in young and middle-aged patients with primary liver cancer.Conclusions:The social alienation of young and middle-aged primary liver cancer patients is at a high level,and education level,self-acceptance and fear of disease progression are independent influencing factors.Targeted cognitive intervention and psychological sup-port should be clinically implemented to reduce the level of social alienation in such patients.关键词
