双酚M分子印迹材料的制备及其在乳制品中双酚类物质富集中的应用

Abstract
Molecularly imprinted polymer(MIP)capable of selectively recognizing 14 kinds of bisphenol substances(BPs)was prepared by bulk polymerization using bisphenol M(BPM)as the template molecule and methacrylic acid as the functional monomer.The prepared BPM-MIP was characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and Brunauer-Emmett-Teller(BET)surface area analysis,indicating that imprint cavities were successfully formed on the material surface.The adsorption capacity of the material under different initial concentrations(5-300 mg/L)was tested through static adsorption experiments,and the Scatchard curve was calculated based on the Scatchard model.A diethylstilbestrol(DEBS)with the same two phenolic hydroxyl structures as BPs was selected as the control substance.The adsorption selectivity of BPM-MIP for 14 kinds of target compounds and DEBS was investigated.BPM-MIP was used for separation and enrichment of BPs in dairy products.The detection was carried out by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).At the three spiked concentrations of high(250 μg/kg),medium(50 μg/kg),and low(25 μg/kg)level,the recovery rates of 14 kinds of BPs ranged from 89.6%to 114.2%,and the relative standard deviations(RSDs)were from 1.5%to 5.2%.关键词
