文化哲学视域下导师指导文科研究生的课程体系构建

Abstract
Faced with the urgent demand for high-level talent in the new era,current graduate education in the humanities commonly faces challenges such as rigid curricula,disconnect between theory and practice,and insufficient cultural depth.Grounded in the perspective of cultural philosophy,this study recognizes that the essence of education lies in the"generation"of individual lives within cultural contexts.Consequently,it establishes the core role of the mentor as a"cultural guide."Therefore,to address these challenges and translate this philosophy into practice,we have developed and implemented a personalized guidance curriculum centered on the mentor.This system organically integrates four modules:a life-centered course on ideals and convictions,reshaping value rationality and humanistic care;an innovation-centered academic writing course,stimulating academic imagination and cultural creativity;a competency-centered critical thinking training course,forging critical reflection and logical construction abilities;and a practice-centered project-based curriculum that bridges theoretical knowledge with societal application.By establishing teacher-student learning communities and implementing task-driven approaches combined with self-directed construction,this system transcends traditional curriculum limitations,elevating graduate education into a dynamic,holistic process of cultural cultivation.关键词
