地方高校土木类应用型创新人才培养模式改革与实践

Abstract
With the rapid development of China's economy and society,the penetration of new technologies in the field of civil engineering has become increasingly profound,and the transformation and upgrading of the industry is accelerating.In this new era,the cultivation of applied innovative talents in civil engineering has become one of the urgent tasks in the reform of China's higher education system.Taking the reform and practice of a civil engineering program at a certain university as an example,this paper explores the ideas and measures for cultivating applied innovative talents in civil engineering in the new era,focusing on collaboration mechanisms with enterprises,reform initiatives in civil engineering programs,and the cultivation and development of faculty teams.During the implementation period,the engineering application and innovation capabilities of civil engineering students have continuously improved,gaining recognition from society.The reform measures can provide theoretical guidance and practical references for the cultivation of applied innovative talents in civil engineering at local universities.关键词
