立德树人视域下求真求实国际视野人才培养

Abstract
Moral integrity and character cultivation form the cornerstone of developing well-rounded and capable individuals.This paper discusses how educators in the new era can embody the principle of being exemplary in both learning and virtue,acting as mentors who selflessly guide and support students'growth.Teachers are called to foster students'patriotism,uphold scientific ethics and academic integrity,and guide them to pursue truth and rigor as the fundamental principles of learning and research-cultivating in them the perseverance and dedication of"sharpening one's sword for ten years".Furthermore,this study explores strategies for nurturing students'scientific thinking and research taste,aligning with China's strategic goals of deepening reform,expanding openness,and overcoming technological bottlenecks.By integrating international cooperation and university-industry joint training,the approach aims to enhance students'ability to translate theoretical knowledge into practical applications.Focusing on the disciplinary characteristics of Geophysical Instrumentation,this paper advocates for problem-oriented learning to stimulate independent thinking and cross-domain innovation.Students are encouraged to develop interdisciplinary competence across planetary exploration,deep Earth processes,and resource and energy detection.Finally,the paradigm shift brought by artificial intelligence in education is explored,emphasizing how AI can be leveraged to reform teaching models,personalize learning pathways,and empower students' intellectual and creative potential in the new era.关键词
