经颅直流电刺激联合金津玉液点刺放血治疗脑梗死后亚急性期Broca失语症的临床疗效
Clinical Efficacy of Transcranial Direct Current Stimulation Combined with Bloodletting Puncture at Jinjin and Yuye for Broca's Aphasia in the Subacute Stage of Cerebral Infarction

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of transcranial direct current stimulation(tDCS)combined with bloodletting puncture at Jinjin(EX-HN12)point and Yuye(EX-HN13)point in the treatment of Broca's aphasia in the subacute stage of cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 76 patients with a confirmed diagnosis of Broca's aphasia in the subacute stage of cerebral infarction,who were admitted to the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from March 2024 to January 2025,were enrolled in this study.The patients were randomly divided into an observation group(n=38)and a control group(n=38)using a random number table.The control group received conventional medical treatment and rehabilitation therapy,while the observation group received tDCS combined with bloodletting puncture at Jinjin point and Yuye point in addition to the treatments administered to the control group,for four consecutive weeks.After four weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy was evaluated,and the changes in the Aphasia Battery of Chinese(ABC)scores,the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)scores,and the Communication Abilities of Daily Living(CADL)scale scores were observed and compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the ABC scores(including the subscales of spontaneous speech,naming,repetition,and auditory comprehension),NIHSS scores,and CADL scores were significantly improved in both groups compared with those before treatment,the difference being statistically significant(all P＜0.05).Furthermore,the observation group demonstrated significantly greater improvements in the ABC,NIHSS,and CADL scores than the control group,the difference being statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total effective rate was 76.32%(29/38)in the control group and 89.47%(34/38)in the observation group,with the observation group showing significantly superior efficacy to the control group,the difference being statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion tDCS combined with bloodletting puncture at Jinjin point and Yuye point can significantly improve speech function,enhance daily communication ability,and effectively reduce neurological deficits in patients with Broca's aphasia in the subacute stage of cerebral infarction,thereby improving their quality of life with remarkable clinical efficacy.关键词
