摘要
Abstract
With the increasingly strict discharge standards for fluorine-containing wastewater, the development of low-cost,easy-to-operate deep fluoride removal adsorbents that can quickly adsorb and separate fluoride has become an urgent need nowadays.By using the co-precipitation method to load Ce and Fe3O4 onto Y-type molecular sieves,a new type of deep fluoride removal adsorbent,Ce-FMSY,was successfully prepared. The effects of Ce/Fe mass ratio, adsorption time, initial pH of the solution, and coexisting anions on the adsorption performance were systematically investigated. The results show that at a Ce loading of 1.0%and a Ce/Fe mass ratio of 2:1,Ce-FMSY could rapidly adsorb 86.2%of F− from the solution within 30 minutes, with a maximum adsorption capacity of 4.139 mg·g−1.The saturated magnetization of Ce-FMSY was 13.4 emu·g−1,enabling rapid solid-liquid separation. The adsorbent maintained a stable fluoride removal rate of 77.1%~96.8%over an initial pH range of 3~9.The adsorption kinetic and isothermal fitting results showed that the adsorption of F− by Ce-FMSY followed the pseudo-second-order kinetics and Freundlich model, with chemical adsorption being the main mechanism, achieved through rapid diffusion, surface complexation, and valence state transformation reactions in synergy. After 5 adsorption/desorption cycles, the adsorption capacity slightly declined and then stabilized, with the F− removal rate remaining at approximately 72.3%of the initial value. This study provides data support and theoretical references for the deep defluoridation of wastewater.关键词
