64份水稻种质资源产量与品质性状的综合评价及香味基因的分子标记分析
Comprehensive evaluation of yield and quality traits and molecular marker analysis of fragrance genes in 64 rice germplasm resources

Abstract
In this study,64 soft rice germplasm resources carrying the elite alleles OsBadh2-E2,Wxmp and Pita were used as experimental materials.Nine yield and quality traits were systematically measured,including brown rice rate,milled rice rate,chalky grain rate,chalkiness degree,seed setting rate,1 000-grain weight,grain length,grain width and taste value.Yield and quality traits were analyzed using correlation analysis,principal component analysis and comprehen-sive evaluation with membership function method.The results showed that the top three germplasm resources in comprehen-sive score were Wukejing 1136,Changjing 21-10 and Zhendao 668.Genotypes of OsODC-HapH and OsWRKY19-HapH in the tested germplasm were identified by molecular marker detection.The results indicated that the germplasm resources car-rying the OsODC-HapH genotype were Su 1806,223645,Ning HF14,JA2306,216178,Qianjing 21194,Nanjing 13091 and Nanjing 14044.A total of 63 germplasm resources were of the OsWRKY19-HapH genotype.This study provides important germplasm resources and molecular markers for molecular marker-assisted selection breeding and rice quality improvement of aromatic soft rice in Jiang-su province.关键词
