头颈肿瘤病人围术期营养管理方案的构建与应用
Development and application of perioperative nutritional management protocol for patients with head and neck tumors
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To develop a standardized perioperative nutritional management protocol for patients with head and neck tumors and to evaluate its application.Method:A total of 95 perioperative patients with head and neck tumors who were hospitalized in the hospital from May 6th to September 30th,2025 were selected by convenience sampling and randomly divided into the control group(46 cases, receiving conventional nutritional management)and the observation group(49 cases, receiving intervention with the perioperative nutritional management plan). The body mass index(BMI),serum albumin, prealbumin levels, the incidence of poor tissue healing and infection, and the length of hospital stay were compared between the two groups of patients.Result:At admission, there was no statistically significant difference in BMI,serum albumin and prealbumin between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).Five days after the operation, the prealbumin of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before discharge, the BMI,serum albumin and prealbumin in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The incidences of poor tissue healing and infection in the observation group were both lower than those in the control group, but the differences were not statistically significant(all P>0.05).The hospital stay of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The perioperative nutritional management program for patients with head and neck tumors has strong clinical practicability.关键词
