Health management of perimenopausal vasomotor symptoms:a summary of best evidence
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To systematically retrieve and summarize the best evidence of health management regarding perimenopausal vasomotor symptoms,in order to establish a theoretical basis for the clinical practice.Methods:Adhering strictly to the"6S"evidence model and employing a top-down search strategy,related literature was retrieved from major domestic and international databases,guideline websites,and publications from professional academic institutions.Literature types included expert consensus statements,clinical guidelines,systematic reviews,randomized controlled trials(RCTs),best evidence summaries,and meta-analyses.The research period was from the inception of each database to April 2025.Two researchers independently conducted literature screening,quality assessment,and data extraction.The evidence meeting the inclusion criteria was then integrated and summarized.Results:A total of 14 documents were included,comprising 1 clinical decision analysis,1 systematic review,4 clinical practice guidelines,4 expert consensus statements,and 4 RCTs.Twenty-three best evidence statements were summarized across six domains:symptom assessment and monitoring,lifestyle interventions,mind-body techniques,nutritional management,exercise management,and appropriate Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)techniques.Conclusion:The management of perimenopausal vasomotor symptoms should adopt a patient-centered,individualized,and comprehensive strategy that prioritizes non-pharmacological interventions.The evidence summarized in this study offers practical guidance for healthcare professionals and patients,though future research should further address long-term safety and cultural adaptability.关键词
