摘要
Abstract
Objective:To retrieve, evaluate, and summarize the best evidence regarding Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)nursing interventions for ICU patients with early enteral nutrition feeding intolerance(FI),thereby providing an evidence-based foundation for clinical nursing practice.Method:Based on the"6S"model,literature on concerning TCM nursing interventions for ICU patients with early enteral nutrition FI were retrieved from various websites and databases including clinical decisions, guidelines, evidence summaries, expert consensuses, and systematic reviews. The search period extended from the inception of the databases to August 31,2025.Two researchers independently screened the retrieved literature and evaluated its quality using the JBI Evidence-Based Health Care Center's appraisal tools tailored to specific document types. Finally,an evidence-based practice team extracted and synthesized the evidence based on professional judgment.Result:A total of 23 eligible documents were included, comprising 3 clinical practice guidelines,3 expert consensuses,8 systematic reviews,5 evidence summaries, and 4 randomized controlled trials.Through evidence extraction and integration,18 best-evidence items were summarized across three categories:symptom identification and assessment,TCM nursing techniques(acupuncture, abdominal massage, acupoint ear-seed pressing, acupoint application, and TCM enema),and efficacy evaluation. Conclusion:This study summarizes the best evidence for TCM nursing interventions for ICU patients with early enteral nutrition intolerance, providing the theoretical reference for clinical practice.ICU medical staff can select appropriate TCM nursing techniques based on clinical context, patient conditions, and patient preferences, thereby optimizing nursing interventions for the prevention and management of feeding intolerance in ICU patients receiving early enteral nutrition.关键词
