Assessment tools for medical technology-related anxiety:a scoping review

Abstract
Objective:To identify and analyze existing domestic and international assessment tools for medical technology-related anxiety,analyze their core elements such as characteristics,reliability,validity and applicability,and provide reference for the screening and development of assessment tools.Methods:A scoping review was conducted following the PRISMA-ScR guidelines.Six databases,including CNKI,Wanfang,PubMed,etc.,were systematically searched from the establishment of the databases to June 10,2025.Results:A total of 18 articles were included,and 12 assessment tools for medical technology-related anxiety were extracted.Conclusion:The analysis reveals that the existing 12 tools generally have problems such as a single structure,insufficient reliability and validity verification,lack of localization adaptability,and neglect of dynamic changes in anxiety.In the future,it is necessary to optimize the tool structure and measurement technology in combination with specific medical scenarios,while taking into account cultural differences to enhance their practical application value.关键词
