摘要
Abstract
To investigate the effects of replacing coarse aggregate with ceramsite and the dosage of air-entraining agent on the mechanical properties of lightweight solid waste concrete, natural coarse aggregate was replaced by an equal mass of ceramsite. The compressive strength, flexural strength, durability, and microstructure of C25 concrete were studied with ceramsite replacement rates of 0,5%and 10%,and air-entraining agent dosages of 0.04%and 0.05%.The results indicate that as the ceramsite replacement rate and air-entraining agent dosage increase, the mechanical properties of the recycled concrete at 7 and 28 days of curing show a declining trend. After 50 freeze-thaw cycles, the mass loss rate of the lightweight solid waste concrete was less than 5%,demonstrating significantly higher durability than ordinary concrete. The micro-pores and uniform bubbles introduced by the ceramsite and air-entraining agent reduce the mechanical properties of the concrete, but they provide pressure-relief spaces for freeze-thaw expansion, which is key to the improved durability.关键词
