婴幼儿体格生长与照护人顺应性喂养的相关性分析
Correlation analysis between physical growth of infants and toddlers and caregivers'responsive feeding

Abstract
Objective To investigate the implementation of responsive feeding in caregivers'feeding practices,and analyze its correlation with the physical growth of infants and toddlers.Methods A total of 251 infants and toddlers aged 7 to 24 months who received physical examination in community clinic and their caregivers were enrolled by random sampling.Caregivers'responsive feeding behaviors were assessed using the responsive feeding behavior scale for caregivers of infants and toddlers aged 7 to 24 months,which included 5 dimensions:cue recognition,caregiver-child interaction,responsive competence,dining environment arrangement and food preparation,and non-responsive feeding behaviors.Physical growth indicators,including weight and length of children,were measured simultaneously.The relevant data were collected and statistically analyzed.Results The total average score of the scale was(116.20±13.91)points,and the average item score was(4.01±0.48)points.The average item scores of caregiver-child interaction,dining environment arrangement and food preparation were significantly higher than those of the other dimensions(P<0.001).Multiple linear regression analysis indicated that cue recognition and responsive competence were positively correlated with infants'length(β=0.184,P=0.010;β=0.210,P=0.010)and weight(β=0.180,P=0.013;β=0.169,P=0.038).Conclusion Caregivers'ability to recognize and respond to infants'hunger and satiety signals can positively predict their physical growth.Targeted guidance and training should be carried out for caregivers to improve their relevant abilities,standardize the implementation of responsive feeding,so as to promote normal physical growth and development in infants and toddlers.关键词
