基于医教结合的全面发育迟缓儿童筛查诊断流程的多中心研究
Multicenter study on a screening and diagnostic procedure for children with global developmental delay based on medicine-education integration

Abstract
Objective To screen children with global developmental delay in kindergartens through a screening and diagnostic procedure based on medicine-education integration,and provide evidence for subsequent intervention and treatment.Methods Children aged 3 to 6 years from 9 kindergartens across 8 districts in Chengdu were recruited as screening subjects.Trained kindergarten teachers completed the primary screening using early warning signs for children's psychological and behavioral developmental disorders.Children with abnormal primary screening results received secondary screening via the developmental screen test(DST)for children aged 3 to 6 years administered by professional hospital assessors.The Griffith mental development scales(GMDS)were adopted for diagnostic assessment of children with abnormal secondary screening results.Results A total of 3 216 children were enrolled in the study.Among them,113 showed abnormal primary screening results,with a primary screening positive rate of 3.5%;91 had abnormal secondary screening results,with a secondary screening positive rate of 80.5%and an overall screening positive rate of 2.9%.Forty-two children were diagnosed with global developmental delay through GMDS,with a confirmed diagnosis rate of 1.3%.The detection rate was significantly higher in boys(1.8%)than in girls(0.8%),and in children from suburban areas(1.7%)than in those from urban core districts(0.8%).Conclusion The procedure combining primary screening by kindergarten teachers using early warning signs,secondary screening by professional practitioners,and diagnostic evaluation with GMDS enable early identification of children with global developmental delay,facilitating timely and convenient intervention.关键词
