青少年焦虑基本状况与影响因素分析
Basic situation of adolescent anxiety and analysis of its influencing factors

Abstract
Objective To investigate the basic situation of anxiety among adolescents in Hebei Province,and analyze its influencing factors from the perspective of society-family-teacher-peer system.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among students from 6 middle schools(including junior high schools,senior high schools,and vocational high schools)in Hebei Province.Assessments were performed using the anxiety scale,the parental attachment questionnaire,the teacher support scale,the peer attachment scale,and the neurotic personality scale.A total of 5 449 valid questionnaires were collected.Chi-square test and Logistic regression analysis were adopted for data processing.Results The detection rate of adolescent anxiety was 20.92%.Chi-square test revealed that the differences in anxiety detection rates among adolescents were significant with different genders,grades,student types,academic performance levels,and family socioeconomic status(all P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis indicated that parental attachment[OR(95%CI):0.94(0.93 to 0.96),P<0.01],peer attachment[OR(95%CI):0.92(0.89 to 0.95),P<0.01],and neurotic personality[OR(95%CI):1.37(1.33 to 1.41),P<0.01]were influencing factors of adolescent anxiety.In contrast,teacher support showed no significant association with adolescent anxiety[OR(95%CI):1.00(0.98 to 1.01),P>0.05].Conclusion The occurrence of anxiety in adolescents is comprehensively affected by demographic characteristics and social-psychological factors.Targeted prevention and intervention should focus on female students,senior high school students,adolescents with poorer academic performance,and those from families with lower socioeconomic status.Simultaneously,it is also necessary to improve adolescents'attachment relationships with parents and peers,and enhance their emotional stability.关键词
