种植单冠修复体固位方式对老年患者邻接关系及种植体周围疾病的影响
Effect of retention methods of implant single-crown restoration on proximal contact and peri-implant diseases in elderly patients

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of implant single-crown restoration on proximal contact and peri-im-plant diseases in elderly patients.Methods:A total of 108 elderly patients who received implant prostheses in our hospital from July 2022 to September 2024 were selected and randomly divided into group A(n=54,screw-retained prostheses)and group B(n=54,cement-retained prostheses)using a random number table method.The proximal contact status,esthetic out-comes,peri-implant periodontal health-related indicators,peri-implant diseases,and patient satisfaction were compared be-tween the two groups.Results:Immediately after restoration,the qualification rate of proximal contact was 100%in both groups.At 6 months after restoration,there was no significant difference in the qualification rate of proximal contact between the two groups(P>0.05).At 12 months after restoration,the qualification rate of proximal contact in group A was higher(χ2=4.696,P<0.05).No significant differences were observed in pink esthetic score(PES)and white esthetic score(WES)between the two groups immediately after restoration and at 12 months after restoration(P>0.05).Immediately after restora-tion,there were no significant differences in probing depth(PD),modified sulcus bleeding index(mSBI)scores and modified plaque index(mPLI)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).At 6 and 12 months after restoration,the PD,mSBI and mPLI scores in group A were lower(P<0.05).The total incidence of peri-implant diseases in group A was lower(χ2=3.967,P<0.05).No significant differences were observed between the two groups regarding patient satisfaction with comfort,language function,and aesthetics(P>0.05).The satisfaction score for masticatory function in group A was higher(P<0.05).Conclu-sion:Compared with cement retention,screw retention for implant-supported single crowns can better maintain the stability of proximal contact,promote the long-term health of peri-implant tissues,reduce the incidence of biological complications,and a-chieve higher patient satisfaction.关键词
