原发性灼口综合征综合康复护理模式探讨
Exploration of the comprehensive rehabilitation nursing model for primary burning mouth syndrome

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing for patients with primary burning mouth syndrome,so as to relieve pain,improve emotional status and quality of life.Methods:Comprehensive rehabili-tation nursing interventions,including health education,oral care,dietary guidance,psychological intervention,sleep and be-havioral management,were applied to patients with primary burning mouth syndrome.Improvements in pain symptoms and scores of anxiety and depression scales were observed and analyzed.Results:Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing effectively reduced patients'pain scores,alleviated anxiety and depression,and enhanced their self-management ability.Conclusion:The comprehensive rehabilitation nursing model is of important clinical value for symptom control and long-term rehabilitation of patients with primary burning mouth syndrome,and can provide a reference for clinical oral nursing practice.关键词
