转轮室圆周开槽对轴流泵叶顶泄漏涡抑制研究
Research on suppression of tip leakage vortex in axial flow pump using circumferential grooves in runner chamber

Abstract
To solve the problem that tip leakage flow and the tip leakage vortex(TLV)formed by its interaction with the mainstream flow severely impact the stable operation of axial flow pumps.Taking a specific axial flow pump model as the research object,the influence of circumferential grooving in the runner chamber on the tip leakage vortex based on the SST k-ωturbulence model was constructed.The accuracy of the numerical simulation was validated by the hydralic experimental performance curves of the model pump.The research findings indicate that:near the design operating conditions,Scheme A improves both the head and efficiency of the pump under design conditions,but all three grooving schemes lead to a decline in pump performance under low-flow conditions.The circumferential groove near the leading edge of the blade tip interferes with the tip leakage flow entering the suction-side chan-nel of the blade and its entrainment process with the mainstream,thereby inhibiting the formation of the tip leakage vortex.The vortex structure and low-pressure area are closer to the blade wall,reducing their adverse impacts on the flow stability within the flow channel.However,grooving in the middle and rear sections of the runner chamber distrubs the tip leakage flow and induces unstable flow in the blade tip region.These research outcomes provide theoretical guidance for suppressing tip leakage vortex and achieving stable operation of axial flow pumps.关键词
