摘要
Abstract
This paper constructs an evaluation index system for regional innovation capacity in South and Southeast Asia.Taking 19 countries in the region as research subjects,the study measures their innovation capacity from 2013 to 2023.Based on the evolution of the index over this period,this study assesses differences in regional innovation capacity.An empirical analysis is conducted by categorizing countries into different tiers to examine the characteristics,influencing factors,and weaknesses of their innovation capabilities.In light of the findings,recommendations are proposed to provide a reference for promoting practical science and technology cooperation between China and the countries in this region.关键词
