Study on International Scientific and Technological Cooperation of Israel and Its Implications for China
摘要
Abstract
Israel has consistently been a leader in science and technology innovation and open collaboration.To better adapt to complex international dynamics and intensifying global competition,Israel has continually adjusted its approach to international cooperation in recent years.This article analyzes Israel's international Sci-Tech cooperation model,summarizes its experience in global collaboration,and proposes recommendations for strengthening China-Israel Sci-Tech innovation cooperation.Suggestions include building an attractive innovation ecosystem,supporting international cooperation across various fields,enhancing talent recruitment and global talent development,and diversifying investment in international partnerships.These insights also offer references for expanding China's openness in science and technology.关键词
