摘要
Abstract
In recent years,predatory journals have attracted substantial global concern.Their proliferation not only undermines legitimate academic exchange,but also severely damages the integrity of the scientific research ecosystem.This paper explores the definition and behavioral traits of predatory journals,analyzes the driving forces behind their emergence and their negative consequences,and reviews key international governance strategies currently in practice.Finally,it proposes targeted recommendations aimed at informing policies that support a healthier academic environment.关键词
