肝细胞癌肿瘤微环境的研究进展
Research Progress on the Tumor Microenvironment in Hepatocellular Car-cinoma
摘要
Abstract
Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is a common malignant tumor of the digestive system with high mortality and low survival rate,thus the progression of HCC has attracted extensive attention from researchers.Recent studies have found that the tumor microenvironment(TME)of HCC plays an important role in its occurrence and progression.The dysregulated expression of key components such as immune cells,regulatory factors,regulatory genes and exosomes in TME leads to its remodeling,thereby affecting the body's immune function and therapeutic efficacy.This review summarizes the major com-ponents,regulatory mechanisms,and therapeutic research advances of the tumor microenvironment in HCC,aiming to pro-vide references for understanding its pathogenesis and exploring novel therapeutic strategies.关键词
