"颈骶并治"理念治疗神经根型颈椎病施术经验
Experience in performing Tuina manipulation for cervical spondylotic radiculopathy based on the concept of"simultaneous treatment of cervical and sacral regions"

Abstract
Cervical spondylotic radiculopathy is a common condition in orthopedics,primarily manifesting with cervical and upper limb symptoms.Grounded in the academic thoughts of Shanghai-style Wei's Traumatology,Professor Xi Xiaobing has transcended the conventional paradigm of"treating the neck only for neck disorders"and he first put forward the concept of"simultaneous treatment of cervical and sacral regions"to guide manual therapy for cervical spondylotic radiculopathy by integrating the Inner Canon theory of"treating the upper part by managing the lower part"with modern fascial chain theory.Based on this theoretical foundation,Professor Xi adopts the therapeutic principle of simultaneously relaxing the cervical region while regulating the lumbosacral area.Throughout the manual therapy,the Wei's Traumatology three-dimensional treatment concept of"point,line,and surface"is consistently applied:point techniques to alleviate tender spots,line techniques to unblock meridians,and surface techniques to release regional tension.With tendon-regulating as the priority and bone-setting as the application,these methods collectively achieve the classical effect of"when bones are aligned and sinews are supple,Qi and blood flow smoothly."This article systematically elaborates on the theoretical origins,operational standards,and clinical key points of the"simultaneous treatment of cervical and sacral regions"concept,accompanied by a representative case report.关键词
