摘要
Abstract
Pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors(pNETs)are rare neoplasms characterized by high heterogeneity,abundant blood supply,clinically indolent manifestations,and a strong tendency for liver metastasis.In recent years,the incidence of pNETs has shown a notable increase.Based on the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)theory of"deficiency Qi and stagnation",this study systematically explores the TCM pathogenesis of pNETs,integrates insights from modern pathological characteristics.We also propose a dynamic mechanistic model characterized by primordial Qi deficiency as the root and phlegm-stasis-toxin accumulation as the branch.Therapeutically,this study adheres to the fundamental principle of"strengthening the body's resistance and reinforcing the root",emphasizing tailored treatment strategies according to disease stages and pathological subtypes of pNETs.Additionally,our study integrates non-pharmacological interventions such as emotional regulation and dietary therapy,with the long-term goal of achieving"living with tumors".This approach offers a novel perspective for integrative medicine in managing pNETs.关键词
