山东省济南市耕地优化布局和时序研究
Study on Layout Optimizing and Scheduling of Farmland in Ji'nan City

Abstract
Starting from present condition of farmland utilization in Ji'nan city,agricultural planting suita-bility has been evaluated,the potential of farmland transfer in and out has been scientifically calculated,a model for optimizing the layout of farmland in the city has been constructed,and the optimization time se-quence of farmland layout have been determined from general farmland and permanent basic farmland.It is showed that the potential for farmland transfer in Ji'nan city is approximately 26 267.98 hm2.The main source of potential for transfer is garden land.Main types of cultivated land transfer are unsuitable areas for agricultural planting within cultivated land and cultivated land with poor comprehensive quality.The total area of unsuitable agricultural planting areas within the cultivated land is only 2 125.28 hm2,and the total area of cultivated land with poor comprehensive quality is 15 853.19 hm2.The spatial distribution roughly shows a pattern of more in the south and less in the north.Based on the urgency,feasibility and suitability of farmland transfer in Ji'nan city,the proportion of priority,second and last transferred farm-land to the total area of transferable farmland in Ji'nan city is 42.46%,45.33%and 12.21%respectively.The timing of farmland transfer out is based on the timing of farmland transfer in each district and county,and is determined step by step according to the principle of"input determines output".This study can pro-vide methodological references for optimizing the layout of cultivated land in urban areas,and provide sci-entific basis for achieving the"three in one"protection of cultivated land quantity,quality and ecology.关键词
