山东省泰安市农用地整治潜力分析
Analysis on Agricultural Land Consolidation Potential in Tai'an City
摘要
Abstract
Based on requirements for the Reform of the farmland occupation and compensation balance sys-tem,the potential for agricultural land consolidation in Tai'an city has been analyzed.It will provide data basis and planning suggestions for agricultural land consolidation.Based on geographic information sys-tems,combining with terrain slope,transportation convenience,water source conditions and concentration and connectivity,by using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),the weights has been determined,and o-verlay analysis of the potential for agricultural land consolidation in Tai'an city has been carried out.It is indicated that the total potential area of forest land,garden land,and reserve farmland that meet policy and remediation requirements is 940 km2.From a natural perspective,the 423 km2(45%)patch has high potential.However,after considering economic benefits and engineering difficulties,the area with the greatest remediation potential and suitable priority for implementation is 2.35 km2(less than 0.3%),which can be increased to 15.83 km2 through engineering support.In this paper,main difficulties and risks have been discussed.It can provide data support and decision making references for agricultural land consolida-tion work in Tai'an city.关键词
