填饲期饲粮添加枯草芽孢杆菌对朗德鹅血清生化指标及肝品质的影响
Effects of adding Bacillus subtilis to feed during overfeeding period on serum biochemical indices and liver quality in Landes geese

Abstract
The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of supplementing different doses of Bacillus subtilis to the diet during the overfeeding period on the serum biochemical indices and liver quality of Landes geese.A total of 20 Landes geese aged 60 days,with good health and had similar body weight,were randomly divided into four groups,with five replicates per group and one goose per replicate.The control group was fed with basic diet,while the low-dose,medium-dose,and high-dose groups were supplemented with 0.000 1%,0.001 0%,and 0.010 0%Bacillus subtilis,respectively.The pre trial period was seven days,and the formal trial period was 21 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,the serum total protein(TP)content was significantly increased in the medium-dose group and high-dose group(P<0.05),and the activity of aspartate aminotransferase(AST)was significantly increased in the high-dose group(P<0.05).The brightness(L*)value,redness(a*)value,and yellowness(b*)value of the liver in experimental groups were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the shear force was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the concentrations of crude fat and crude protein in the liver of medium-dose group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the water content was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Electronic nose analysis showed that there were certain differences in the overall odor profile of liver samples in each group.The study shows that adding Bacillus subtilis to the feed during the overfeeding period can affect some serum biochemical indicators and liver quality of Landes geese.Among them,the overall effect of an addition level of 0.0010%is the best.关键词
