摘要

Abstract

The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of dietary supplementation with Lilium lancifolium bulbils on the immunity and intestinal microbiota community structure of Tibetan pigs.A total of 36 Tibetan pigs with similar health status and a body weight of(17.51±0.65)kg were randomly divided into three groups,with six replicates per group and two pigs per replicate.The control group(group CK)was fed a basal diet,while the experimental groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 1%(group TO)and 2%(group TT)Lilium lancifolium bulbils,respectively.The pre-trial period lasted seven days,and the formal trial period lasted 42 days.The results showed that the serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)content,malondialdehyde(MDA)content,glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)activity,and total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)in the group TT were significantly higher than those in the group CK(P<0.05).The Ace index and Chao1 index in the group TT were significantly higher than those in the groups CK and TO(P<0.05),while no significant differences were observed in the concentrations of immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin M(IgM),and immunoglobulin G(IgG)among the three groups(P>0.05).The relative abundance of Firmicutes in the group TT was lower than that in the group CK,while the relative abundance of Bacteroidetes was higher than that in the group CK.The relative abundance of the Lachnospiraceae_NK4A136 group in the group TT was the highest.The study shows that dietary supplementation with 2%Lilium lancifolium bulbils has a better effect on improving the intestinal microbiota community structure and immune function of Tibetan pigs.
